Terms of service

The ground rules for using this website, requesting an estimate, and receiving text messages from us. We keep it short and plain.

Last updated: July 18, 2026. These terms apply to the websites and communications of Ed's Renovation LLC ("we," "us"), a home improvement contractor based in West Springfield, MA.

Using this website

You may browse this website and use the contact form to ask questions or request an estimate. Please only submit accurate information about yourself and your project. Content on this site (text, photos, logo) belongs to Ed's Renovation LLC — please don't copy it for commercial use without asking.

Estimates and communications

Submitting the contact form is a request, not a contract. We will contact you by phone, text, or email to discuss your project. Estimates we prepare are good-faith proposals; any actual work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

When you provide your phone number in person, over the phone, or through our contact form, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Ed's Renovation: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates, invoices, replies to your questions, and an occasional service update.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your project.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or call (413) 213-5152.
  • Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any services.

No warranty for website content

We work to keep information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is" for general information. Project prices, timelines, and availability are confirmed individually in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
