We run the work ourselves. Licensed trades come in for the parts that legally need them — electrical and plumbing hook-ups — and we schedule and supervise them. You deal with one person throughout.
That is most of what we do. A bathroom is tile, plumbing, drywall and paint. A basement is framing, insulation, electrical and flooring. You get one schedule and one price, not four.
Small jobs usually within a week or two. Kitchens, basements and full-home work book further out, so it is worth asking early if you have a date in mind.
You hear about it the same day, with what it costs to put right and what happens if we leave it. Nothing extra gets added to the bill without you agreeing to it first.

One year on workmanship, in writing. Materials carry whatever the manufacturer gives them, and we hand you that paperwork at the end.
